PepShare Help

PepShare is a tracker for research peptides. It keeps your vials, pins and logs in one place, for you and anyone else you keep records for. It only stores what you type in, and it never suggests amounts, protocols or compounds.

Getting started

  • Do I need an account? No. There's no sign-up, email or password. Open the app and add your first vial.
  • Where is my data? On your iPhone. Nothing is sent to us. See the Privacy Policy.
  • What's free? One active vial and one person, with no time limit. PepShare+ adds more vials and people, Niimbot labels, sharing, Apple Health and CSV import.

Vials and pins

  • Add a vial: open Vials, tap Add, type the values from your vial label and tap Save.
  • Unopened stock: use Add stock to record vials you have on hand.
  • Finished a vial? Tap Archive vial to move it out of your active list.
  • Log a pin: tap Log from this vial, or Log on the Today tab. Pick who it's for, type the value you want to record and tap Log.

Schedules and reminders

  • Set a schedule as Daily, Weekly or a Cycle (days on, days off, start date).
  • Reminders are local notifications on your iPhone. Turn them on when PepShare asks, or later in iOS Settings › Notifications.

Labels (PepShare+)

  • Open a vial and tap Print vial label, or choose Print pins.
  • Tap Find printer automatically and hold the Niimbot printer close to your phone if it's slow to appear.
  • Prefer Niimbot's own app? Tap Share PNG to Niimbot app.

Sharing (PepShare+)

  • Open a vial or pin and tap Share. Send the link, or let the other person scan the QR code.
  • On their phone, the item appears on the Receive screen. The data rides inside the link or code; there are no accounts on either side.

Import and export

  • Export: Settings › Export log as CSV gives you a spreadsheet for Numbers, Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Import (PepShare+): Settings › Import log from CSV, check the preview, then Import now.

Updating the app

  • Install updates over the top of the app you have. Don't delete the app to update it: deleting it removes the data stored on your iPhone.
